Terms and Policies

Check-in/Check-out

  • Our Check in time is 14.00Hrs and checkout is 11.00Hrs.
  • Early check in – If you are arriving at night or early morning, we advise you book your accommodation starting with previous night so you can check in directly after arrival. Late check out -Check out time is 11 am. If you require a late check out, please contact our reception a previous day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
  • Identification & Registration: Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in for all guests including child. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • Special requests: Please note all special requests are subject to availability and with prior information and confirmation only.
  • WIFI – Wi-fi is available complimentary in all areas within the premises
  • Travel Desk: We do have a taxi service available for sightseeing and transfers from Airport/Station/Bus stand on chargeable basis. The same to be pre-booked.
  • SPA: Our “SIMROSE WELLNESS CENTRE” is open for appointments from 10.00Hrs to 18.00Hrs. Pre Booking required. Spa Menu available at the reception and in rooms.
  • YOGA/MEDITATION/PILATE classed are complimentary for inhouse guests. Check timings with the reception.
  • POOL: Swimming Pool Time 9.30Hrs to 19.00Hrs, Depth 4ft
  • RESTAURANT:
    • Our Beach Front Restaurant will be open for orders from 8.00Hrs to 22.30HRS
    • Plan Meal: Buffet Breakfast time :8.30Hrs to 10.30Hrs
    • Plan Meals wills be served in restaurant only. Guests are not allowed to take plan meals in the room

 

Payments,Cancellations and other Policies

Payment Policy:

  • We take 50% advance for confirmation of booking. Balance at checkin.(Incase the booking is from Travel agent kindly confirm with your travel agent that your booking is been paid before you check in)
  • All accommodation rates are subject to Goods and Service Tax (GST).
  • We accept payment through cash, card-VISA/MASTER/CREDIT/DEBIT, UPI, Bank transfer and through payment link.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Upto 30 days before arrival Rs.1000 per room will be charged as retention and 5% of the refundable amount will be charges as bank charges.
  • Below 30 days of arrival advance is non refundable
  • NO show Full amount will be charged as retention.
  • Full advance non-refundable during Festive period (between Christmass New Year 23rd DEC to 03rd JAN, DIWALI -05th -12th Nov’26 and and OTHER long weekends)

 

Pet Policy & Guidelines

We are delighted to welcome you and your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following mandatory guidelines:

  1. A compulsory pet charge of INR 1,800/- per pet, per day is applicable. This fee must be settled in full at the time of check-in.
  2. To make your pet’s stay comfortable, a pet bed, feeding bowl, and towel can be provided upon request (subject to availability).
  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool or the surrounding pool deck/area.
  4. Pets are welcome to join you at our restaurant. However, we kindly request the following:
    1. Please do not use guest cutlery or crockery to feed your pets.
    2. Pets must remain on the floor and are not permitted to sit on guest chairs or sofas.
  5. Owners must keep their pets on a leash at all times in all public and common areas. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets do not create a nuisance (such as excessive noise or mess) for others.
  6. For maintenance of room hygiene, pets are not allowed on the beds.
  7. The guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by their pet. In the event of damage to hotel property, the management reserves the right to assess the extent of the damage and charge the associated repair or replacement costs to the guest’s bill.

 

Extra person Policy

  • Child upto 5yrs stays complimentary sharing parents’ bed.
  • Child above 5yrs upto 11yrs chargeable Rs.1500/- per child per night
  • Above 11yrs will be considered as adult and chargeable Rs.2000/- per person per night
  • Romance rooms are for couples only.
  • Family room 02+01 adult allowed additional over and above this is chargeable.
  • For Extra chargeable person we provide mattress. Extra Bed on request with additional charges applies

 

Common Rules & Restrictions

  • All our rooms are Nonsmoking.
  • The swimming pool is EXCLUSIVELY for hotel guests only. Guest has to sign declaration on usage of swimming pool usage rules and regulations compulsorily at check in.
  • No outside food allowed inside the property. Bringing outside food and beverages into the premises is strictly prohibited. Guests are required to adhere to this policy to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monsoon Notice: During the monsoon season (June–August), Some categories of rooms will not be serviceable and will be closed. certain outdoor amenities like sunbeds outside the Premium rooms may be unavailable for safety reasons.
  • Visitors: For the security and privacy of all guests, outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Meetings may take place in the restaurant or lobby areas

 

Damages, Liability & Misconduct

  • Guest Behaviour: Respectful conduct is required. Noise, illegal activities, or damage to property can lead to eviction without a refund.
  • Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage to resort property (including furniture, electronics, or un-washable linen stains) beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Valuables: While rooms may be equipped with a safe, the resort is not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings.
  • Misconduct & Eviction: The management reserves the absolute right of admission. Any guest engaging in illegal activities (such as drug possession), verbal abuse of staff, or behaviour that disturbs other guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
  • Force Majeure: The resort is not liable for failures to perform due to “Acts of God” (natural disasters) or events beyond reasonable control, including extreme monsoon weather conditions. Circumstances accounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
