Terms and Policies

Check-in / Check-out

 

Check-In/Check-Out: Our check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00.

Early Check-In: If you are arriving at night or early in the morning, we advise you to book your accommodation starting from the previous night so you can check in directly upon arrival.

Late Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. If you require a late check-out, please contact our reception on the day before departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply depending on availability.

Identification & Registration: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests, including children. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an original valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

Special Requests: All special requests are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

Travel Desk: Taxi services for sightseeing and transfers from the airport, railway station, or bus stand are available on a chargeable basis and must be pre-booked.

Spa: Our “Simrose Wellness Centre” is open for appointments from 10:00 HRS to 18:00 HRS. Pre-booking is required. The spa menu is available at reception and in guest rooms.

Wellness: Yoga, meditation, and Pilates classes are complimentary for in-house guests. Please check timings with reception.

Pool: Swimming pool timings are from 09:30 AM to 18:30 PM with a depth of 4 feet.

Restaurant: Our beachfront restaurant is open for orders from 08:00 HRS to 22:30 HRS.

Buffet Breakfast: Served daily from 08:30 HRS to 10:30 HRS.

Meal Plans: Plan meals are served exclusively in the restaurant. Guests are not permitted to take these meals to their rooms.

 

Payments, Cancellations and Other Policies

 

Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
  • If booking through a travel agent, please confirm payment status before arrival.
  • All accommodation rates are subject to applicable GST.
  • We accept payments via Cash, Card (VISA/Mastercard/Credit/Debit), UPI, Bank Transfer, and Payment Links.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: INR 1,000 per room retention fee + 5% bank charges on refundable amount.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: Advance payment is non-refundable.
  • No-Show: Full booking amount will be charged as retention.
  • Festive Period & Long Weekends: Full advance is non-refundable during Christmas & New Year (23rd Dec – 3rd Jan), Diwali (5th Nov – 12th Nov 2026), and long weekends.

Pet Policy & Guidelines

  • A compulsory pet charge of INR 1,800/- per pet, per day is applicable and payable at check-in.
  • Pet beds, feeding bowls, and towels can be provided on request, subject to availability.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and pool deck area.
  • Pets are allowed in the restaurant with the following conditions:
    • Please do not use guest cutlery or crockery for pets.
    • Pets must remain on the floor and are not permitted on chairs or sofas.
  • Pets must remain on a leash in all public and common areas.
  • Owners are responsible for ensuring pets do not create excessive noise or mess.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds for hygiene reasons.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Extra Person Policy

  • Children up to 5 years stay complimentary when sharing parents’ bed.
  • Children aged 5 to 11 years are chargeable at INR 1,500/- per child, per night.
  • Children above 11 years are considered adults and chargeable at INR 2,000/- per person, per night.
  • Romance Rooms are reserved for couples only.
  • Family Rooms accommodate 02 adults + 01 additional adult. Extra occupancy is chargeable.
  • For chargeable extra persons, a mattress is provided. Extra beds are available on request at additional charges.

Common Rules & Restrictions

  • Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
  • Swimming Pool: The pool is exclusively for hotel guests. Guests must sign a declaration regarding pool rules during check-in.
  • Outside Food & Beverages: Bringing outside food and beverages into the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Monsoon Notice: During monsoon season (June–August), certain room categories and outdoor amenities may remain unavailable for safety reasons.
  • Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. Meetings may take place in the restaurant or lobby areas only.

Damages, Liability & Misconduct

  • Guest Behaviour: Respectful conduct is mandatory. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or property damage may result in eviction without refund.
  • Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage to furniture, electronics, fixtures, or linen beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Valuables: The resort is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
  • Misconduct & Eviction: Management reserves the right of admission and may ask guests involved in illegal activities, verbal abuse, or disturbing behaviour to vacate immediately without refund.
  • Force Majeure: The resort is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including floods, storms, fire, natural disasters, civil unrest, industrial action, or extreme monsoon conditions.
