Afterward, unwind by our tranquil swimming pool or, for an extra charge, treat yourself to a personal ice bath on select balconies featuring bathtubs. Hatha Yoga builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances mental clarity while reducing stress. The name ‘Hatha’ signifies the balance of opposing energies—‘Sun’ (Ha) and ‘Moon’ (Tha)—aiming to create harmony within. A typical class includes a series of gentle to moderate poses, emphasizing proper alignment and breath awareness, often concluding with a relaxation phase that leaves practitioners feeling centered and refreshed. All sessions are guided by an accredited TTC teacher guru, ensuring a safe and authentic yoga experience.
