Established in 1990, this family-owned resort was originally known as Simrose, named in honor of the founders wife, Simrose Fernandes. Over three decades, the resort became a cherished destination, renowned for its stunning beachfront location and warm, welcoming atmosphere that attracted guests from around the globe.
 

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ve rebranded the resort as The Rose Goa Beach Resort. Though the name has changed, our team has remained the same, alongside the dedication to offering an authentic, memorable, and rejuvenating beachside experience remains as strong as ever. Our recent transformation has only enhanced the resort’s charm, with extensive renovations designed to blend modern comforts with the resort’s natural surroundings.

Today, The Rose Goa Beach Resort features a thoughtfully designed curated collection of beachfront rooms some with feature baths on the balconies, a luxurious spa, two yoga shalas, and a larger swimming pool with a dedicated children’s play area. From its humble start in 1990, this retired school principal and his wife, a teacher, worked hard to create the beginnings of what you experience today,Their story is woven into the very fabric of the resort, reminding us daily of the power of love and commitment.
